Ruda Rue | Smoke Cleansing Stick

Ruda rue - or simply rue, is also known as the "herb of grace" and used in the Catholic church. 

In the middle ages, Rue was hung between windows and doorways to keep negative spirits out.

How To Use

Over a fireproof dish, cauldron or abalone shell, light one end on fire using a match or lighter. After a few moments, blow out the flame. Use the smoke to waft around yourself or home and focus your intention on cleansing the energy.
