Shipping + Returns

We send orders using Australia Post and Sendle.
Express orders are posted with Australia Post.

You will be provided with a tracking number by the shipping company.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and up to 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.

Please allow around 2-3 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times like the holidays.

Please note that The Spiritual Toolbox is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia  – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to change a shipping address once it has been lodged.

If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be returned to sender.

In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.

You can make your payments securely through our store using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.

Bank transfers are accepted and can take up to 2 business days to be cleared.

-We use 100% biodegradable cellulose for small and single items. These are made from cornstarch. These 'look' like plastic, but we can assure you they aren't :).
-Eco-Wrap is a bubble wrap alternative which uses an expander style protective paper wrap for fragile items.
-We aim to have as minimal impact as possible and therefore do not use bubble wrap or single use plastics. If you receive bubble wrap in your order it is recycled!
-Satchels are biodegradable, and can be composted in your garden!
-We use cellulose sticky tape which is also biodegradable.

We want you to absolutely love what you order, but we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, let us know straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description or photo of the damage. We cannot accept any return items without contacting us first.


If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. In some cases, recovery of insurance on these items can take up to 3 months. These are the Australia Post guidelines, so please bear with us if this should occur.

What happens in this case is that a missing parcel lodgement is made, then Aus Post will investigate. Depending on the result of this, It can be a quick fix, or a longer wait to see whether the parcel will be returned to sender. This is the 3 month time frame for international orders for returns. This is out of our hands, but we insure packages for this very reason.
