Flying tea invokes lucid dreaming and encourages dream recall, peaceful sleep and astral travelling.

Begin with 1/2 teaspoon steeped in boiling water half an hour before bed.
Note: This tea is bitter with a subtle sweet and warming undertone. You can sweeten it if you wish however if you really don’t like bitter herbs, this tea might not be for you.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions  - please seek medical advice before consuming this. Not suitable for pregnancy. 

This blend can also be used as an incense for astral work  


Our herbs are packaged in 100% biodegradable cellulose bags OR glass jars, and sealed with cellulose sticky tape. This is PLASTIC FREE. The labels are compostable.

All our apothecary items are filled by VOLUME and are not weight specific.

So you have an idea of the size, the bags we use for the majority of our items are 6.5cm x 10cm. The weight of the bags vary between 8g-40g depending on the item inside.

Hello Sleep!

Firstly, everything Rhi produces is of the highest quality. You cannot go wrong with any of her offerings. I have purchased several things from her and they have always exceeded my expectations. I was having so many issues with falling asleep including taking prescription pills which still didn't work and had me tossing and turning at 3am. After trying the Astral blend as a tea I have been sleeping soundly and solidly straight away and waking refreshed for my day. I have also had some vivid dreams however need to work on my dream recall. If taking as a tea be warned this is bitter!!
