Guided Chakra 101 Workshop

This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn and dedicate time to integrate and heal their energetic bodies. Suitable for beginners, or those wanting to understand their energetic bodies and be their own healer. 

We go deep into each chakra, we discuss inner child, shadow working, energetic practices and applying remedies for each region.

Chakra's are our energetic organs, they are energy centres that are responsible for absorbing, distributing, and energising our vital organs (heart, lungs etc) and the whole physical body

You will learn how to check in with your chakras, balance them using a pendulum, seeing auras, distance healing and remedies for each imbalance.

-You will also be added to the private Telegram group where you can ask any additional questions.

Please Note

-You will need internet connection to access files and zoom.

-There is work / homework for you to do. You will be taught techniques to implement on yourself and other people. It is not a requirement to do this, however it's strongly suggested that you do.

-You do NOT need any tools or things to gain results from this workshop. You will be taught methods that don't require purchasing anything additional. You will also be instructed on HOW to implement additional tools such as crystals, essential oils, sound vibration tools and other things
