Guided Chakra 101 Workshop

This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn and dedicate time to integrate and heal their energetic bodies. Suitable for beginners, or those wanting to understand their energetic bodies and be their own healer. 

Chakra's are our energetic organs, they are energy centres that are responsible for absorbing, distributing, and energising our vital organs (heart, lungs etc) and the whole physical body

Over the period of 3 months you will receive 

-7 audio lessons 

-8 guided meditation audios

-7 Digital workbooks for each chakra (you're welcome to print this)

-Private FB group where you can ask any additional questions.

You will learn how to check in with your chakras, balance them using a pendulum, hands on healing, distance healing and remedies for each imbalance. 

You will receive all relevant links on the allocated dates.

-You will need internet connection to access files 

-You will need to do the work required. You will be taught techniques to implement on yourself 

-You do NOT need any tools or things to gain results from this workshop. You will be taught methods that don't require purchasing anything additional. You will also be instructed on HOW to implement additional tools such as crystals, essential oils, sound vibration tools and other things
