How to Use

Over a fireproof dish, cauldron or abalone shell, light one end of the cleansing stick and allow it to catch briefly before gently blowing out the flame.

Move the smoke around yourself, your ritual tools or throughout your space while focusing on your intention. For cleansing the home, pay particular attention to corners, doorways, windows and areas where energy tends to feel stagnant.

Open a window or external door while cleansing to allow smoke to disperse.

When finished, completely extinguish the cleansing stick in a heatproof vessel. Ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended or storing it.
