Sweetgrass, also known as Seneca or Vanilla Grass, is so named for its unique, vanilla-like scent. It is braided because a single strand is easily broke, yet when braided, its almost impossible to break which represents strength and connection.

How To Use

Over a fireproof dish, cauldron or abalone shell, light one end on fire using a match or lighter. After a few moments, blow out the flame. Use the smoke to waft around yourself or home and focus your intention on cleansing the energy. 

When you're finished, snuff out the smoke cleansing stick or seal it in a glass airtight jar to ensure it's fully out.
